10K Corporate Team Race Participation Requirements:

• Teams participating in the Corporate Team category must consist exclusively of employees from the same company, and all participants must compete on behalf of that company.
• Each Corporate Team must include a minimum of 5 employees from the same company. There is no maximum team size.
• Every team must appoint a team captain, regardless of gender or position within the company.
• At least one of the first three runners registered in the team must be designated as the company representative.
• If it is determined that team members are not employed by the same company, the team will be disqualified and will not be entitled to receive any awards or rankings.
• Companies wishing to participate in the 10K Corporate Team category are required to contact the organization team via email at info@bodrumyarimaratonu.com

Important Information:

• Corporate Teams will be evaluated under a separate ranking category.
• Teams competing in this category will not be eligible for the prize awards offered in the main race classifications.
• The 10K Corporate Team category will take place on the same course and according to the same schedule as the 10K race.
• Corporate Teams registered for the 5K and 21K races will not be included in the Corporate Team classification.

RACE ELIGIBILITY

Participants at 14 years of age or older only can apply only for 5K category with the written commitment of their parents and must be 14 years old by 4th October, 2026.

Participants at 16 years of age or older only can apply for 5K and 10K category with the written commitment of their parents and must be 16 years old by 4th October, 2026.

Participants of 18 years of age or older can apply to all categories.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION

• Registration closes on 20 September 2026 at 17:00.
• The deadline for changing the race distance/category is 31 August 2026 at 17:00.
• In the event of an injury or medical condition documented by an official medical report, registration fees will be refunded in full for cancellation requests submitted by 31 August. 2026 at 15:00. No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests submitted on or after 1 September 2026.
• Only participants who have completed payment of the registration fee will be included in the final registration list. The Organizing Committee reserves the right, under certain circumstances, to apply discounts to registration fees or to revise previously announced prices due to increases in applicable fees, taxes, duties, or other related charges.

RACE KIT DISTRIBUTION

Participants should collect their race kits only with their valid photo ID (passport, driver’s license) and signed waiver, which will be ready at the desk. Race kits should be collected only personally (no power of attorney accepted). Race kits and bib numbers will be available to collect on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

DROP BAG

Drop Bag Area will be ready between 06:30 am-07:30 am at Bodrum Square.

TIME LIMIT

Participants will have a maximum of 3 hours to cover the whole route of the half marathon. After 3 hours, participants must comply with traffic and road regulations.

Runners who complete the half marathon after 3 hours can not enter the classification and can not claim any rights for the medal and the certificate.

RACE COURSES

Bodrum Half Marathon’s race and courses will be controlled and supervised by official race judges appointed by Turkish Athletics Federation.

RACE VEHICLE

Race vehicle will be following the last runner.

DISQUALIFICATION

TIME KEEPING

Each runner is assigned a race bib with a timing chip. Time measurement is done exclusively with the chip. In order to receive an accurate time, the runners must pass through the timing points at the start, return and finish. Runner’s bib must be clearly visible on the front of the torso, unaltered and unmodified (do not fold or wrinkle or iron), pinned in all four corners, not covered with shirts, jackets, winter wear, runner belts, water bottles, etc.

AGE GROUPS AND CATEGORIES

Results will be announced on bodrumyarimaratonu.com during and after the race.

Half Marathon, 10K and 5K top three Male/Female athletes will be evaluated in the general classification. Athletes who are ranked in the general classification will not be evaluated in the age category.

Participants who complete the registration process are considered to have read and approved all the rules of the Bodrum Half Marathon.
